We’ve seen plenty of PlayStation 5 leaks over the last few months, but something is different about the latest leaks from Twitter user PSErebus, who claims to have inside knowledge of Sony. They’re much more detailed than anything we’ve seen before, which has us thinking that they may very well be legit! But, of course, you can’t believe everything you see on the internet.
PSErebus believes that we’ll finally see the PS5’s final design on June 2, 2020, which means we only have to deal with one more month of concept designs and design leaks before we get to see the real thing. Sony will unveil the console at an event and begin taking pre-orders that same month. He also believes that the console will launch on November 20, 2020 and that plenty of PS4 games will be able to take advantage of the PS5’s Boost Mode on day one. On top of all this, PSErebus also believes that the final design of the PS5 will be on the cover of issue 176 of PlayStation Official Magazine UK. PSErebus doesn’t have a track record of being an accurate leaker, but the sheer amount of detail in these tweets has us thinking differently about him.
There’s more to the recent PS5 leaks than just that so enjoy the video, let us know if you believe these leaks to be true in the comments section below and don’t forget to subscribe to TheGamer for more gaming content.
